 As One, Reaching Up, In, and Out. Parkview's ministries point us to God in our worship and from God's word give us understanding of his purpose in our lives so that we can go into the world and reflect his Love. ﷯
Worship Giving praise to God is a very important ministry for Christ's Church. Parkview praises God through our choir and children's choir as well as through individual singers, musicians and praise team. Other artistic forms such as drama and visual arts are encouraged for worship. Worship is also expressed through our talented audio visual team through videos and editing talent. We want to always welcome God's people to use their gifts for His glory. Discipleship Mankind does not live on bread alone. Understanding and meditating on the Word of God is how we grow as Christians. Parkview provides growth programs from "Children in Action" to "Strong Tower" youth group. Bible Studies are available for different adult groups from new Christians to advanced and specialty studies for marriage, finances, "Grief Share" and others. If there is not a study that fits a need, we will create one. We are called to light our daily path by the scriptures and test the unknown as we build a relationship with Jesus. Outreach The world is suffering everyday unaware of the hope we have in Jesus. We must be the hands and feet of Jesus, spreading his Love to the world. This starts in our neighborhood and our community. Parkview provides a food bank and food distribution ministry for our community as well as meal service for Peninsula Rescue Mission and P.O.R.T ministry to shelter and feed the homeless in the winter. We participate in disaster recovery teams and National and International Missions through our Women's Missionary Union. Let us take the unconditional Love of God to the suffering people in our community and in our world.
